Quran Surat An-Nisa (Women) 4-Verse:148 (Allah loveth not the utterance of harsh speech save by one who hath been wronged. Allah is ever Hearer, Knower.)
Quran V4:148
لَّا يُحِبُّ اللَّهُ الْجَهْرَ بِالسُّوءِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ إِلَّا مَن ظُلِمَ ۚ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ سَمِيعًا عَلِيمًا[148]
{ لا يحب الله الجهر بالسوء من القول } من أحد أي يعاقبه عليه { إلا من ظُلم } فلا يؤاخذه بالجهر به بأن يخبر عن ظلم ظالمه ويدعو عليه { وكان الله سميعا } لما يقال { عليما } بما يفعل.
{God does not like the public utterance of evil} from anyone, meaning He does not punish him for it {except for one who has been wronged} so He does not hold him accountable for publicly uttering it by informing about the injustice done to him by his oppressor and praying against him. {And God is All-Hearing} of what is said {All-Knowing} of what is done.

Аллоҳ ёмон гапни ошкор қилишни хуш кўрмайди. Магар мазлумдан бўлса, майли. Аллоҳ эшитувчи ва билувчи зотдир. (Қалбида тақвоси, виждонида ҳассослик бўлмаган одам ҳар қандай ёмон сўзни осонгина ошкора қилади, атрофга ёяди. Ёмон гапни ошкор қилиш икки одамнинг бир-бирини сўкишидан, ёмонлашидан ва ғийбат-бўҳтон қилишидан бошланади. Сўнгра аста-секин катталашиб, жамиятни ҳалокат жари ёқасига олиб келади.
