Quran Surat An-Nisa (Women) 4-Verse:43 ( O you who have believed, do not draw near to prayer (when) you are drunken until you know what you are saying, nor (when) you are ritually unclean)
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَقْرَبُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَنتُمْ سُكَارَىٰ حَتَّىٰ تَعْلَمُوا مَا تَقُولُونَ وَلَا جُنُبًا إِلَّا عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ حَتَّىٰ تَغْتَسِلُوا ۚ وَإِن كُنتُم مَّرْضَىٰ أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِّنكُم مِّنَ الْغَائِطِ أَوْ لَامَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَلَمْ تَجِدُوا مَاءً فَتَيَمَّمُوا صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَامْسَحُوا بِوُجُوهِكُمْ وَأَيْدِيكُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًا[43]
{ يا أيها الذين آمنوا لا تقربوا الصلاة } أي لا تصلوا { وأنتم سكارى } من الشراب لأن سبب نزولها صلاة جماعة في حال سكر { حتى تعلموا ما تقولون } بأن تصْحوا { ولا جُنُبا } بإيلاج أو إنزال ونصبه على الحال وهو يطلق على المفرد وغيره { إلا عابري } مجتازي { سبيل } طريق أي مسافرين { حتى تغتسلوا } فلكم أن تصلوا واستثناء المسافر لأن له حكما آخر سيأتي وقيل المراد النهي عن قربان مواضع الصلاة أي المساجد إلا عبورها من غير مكث { وإن كنتم مرضى } مرضا يضره الماء { أو على سفر } أي مسافرين وأنتم جنب أو محدثون { أو جاء أحد منكم من الغائط } هو المكان المعَدُّ لقضاء الحاجة أي أحدث { أو لامستم النساء } وفي قراءة بلا ألف وكلاهما بمعنى اللمس هو الجَسُّ باليد قاله ابن عمر وعليه الشافعى وألحق به الجس بباقي البشرة وعن ابن عباس هو الجماع { فلم تجدوا ماءً } تتطهرون به للصلاة بعد الطلب والتفتيش وهو راجع إلى ما عدا المرضى { فتيمموا } اقصدوا بعد دخول الوقت { صعيدا طيبا } ترابا طاهرا فاضربوا به ضربتين { فامسحوا بوجوهكم وأيديكم } مع المرفقين منه ومسح يتعدى بنفسه وبالحرف { إن الله كان عفوا غفورا } .
{O you who have believed, do not approach prayer} meaning do not pray {while you are intoxicated} from drink, because the reason for its revelation was congregational prayer while intoxicated, {until you know what you are saying} by sobering up, {nor while you are in a state of ritual impurity} due to penetration or ejaculation.
The word is in the accusative case, indicating a state, and it applies to both the individual and others. {except while passing through} traversing {a way} a path, i.e., travelers, {until you have washed yourselves} then you may pray. The traveler is excluded because he has another ruling that will be discussed later. It has also been said that the intended meaning is the prohibition against approaching places of prayer, i.e., mosques, except while passing through them without lingering.
{And if you are ill} suffering from an illness that water would harm, {or on a journey} i.e., traveling while in a state of ritual impurity or minor ritual impurity, {or one of you comes from the toilet} i.e., the place designated for relieving oneself, i.e., after breaking wind, {or you have touched women} and in one reading without the alif, both meaning touching, i.e., feeling with the hand, as Ibn Umar said, and Ash-Shafi'i agreed with him. He also included touching with the rest of the skin. Ibn Abbas said it means sexual intercourse.
{and you do not find water} with which to purify yourselves. For prayer after seeking and searching, and it is related to all except the sick. {Then perform Tayammum} after the time has come {pure earth} clean soil, then strike it twice {and wipe your faces and hands} with the elbows from it, and wiping is transitive by itself and by the letter {Indeed, Allah is ever Pardoning and Forgiving}.

And if you are ill, or on a journey, or one of you comes after answering the call of nature, or you have been in contact with women (by sexual relations) and you find no water, perform Tayammum with clean earth and rub therewith your faces and hands (Tayammum). Truly, Allah is Ever Oft-Pardoning, Oft-Forgiving.

হে ঈমাণদারগণ! তোমরা যখন নেশাগ্রস্ত থাক, তখন নামাযের ধারে-কাছেও যেওনা, যতক্ষণ না বুঝতে সক্ষম হও যা কিছু তোমরা বলছ, আর (নামাযের কাছে যেও না) ফরয গোসলের আবস্থায়ও যতক্ষণ না গোসল করে নাও।কিন্তু মুসাফির অবস্থার কথা স্বতন্ত্র আর যদি তোমরা অসুস্থ হয়ে থাক কিংবা সফরে থাক অথবা তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে কেউ যদি প্রস্রাব-পায়খানা থেকে এসে থাকে কিংবা নারী গমন করে থাকে, কিন্তু পরে যদি পানিপ্রাপ্তি সম্ভব না হয়, তবে পাক-পবিত্র মাটির দ্বারা তায়াম্মুম করে নাও-তাতে মুখমন্ডল ও হাতকে ঘষে নাও। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ তা’আলা ক্ষমাশীল।

ऐ ईमान लानेवालो! नशे की दशा में नमाज़ में व्यस्त न हो, जब तक कि तुम यह न जानने लगो कि तुम क्या कह रहे हो। और इसी प्रकार नापाकी की दशा में भी (नमाज़ में व्यस्त न हो), जब तक कि तुम स्नान न कर लो, सिवाय इसके कि तुम सफ़र में हो।
और यदि तुम बीमार हो या सफ़र में हो, या तुममें से कोई शौच (बैतूल-खला ) करके आए या तुमने स्त्रियों को हाथ लगाया हो, फिर तुम्हें पानी न मिले, तो पाक मिट्टी से काम लो और उसपर हाथ मारकर अपने चहरे और हाथों पर मलो। निस्संदेह अल्लाह नर्मी से काम लेनेवाला, अत्यन्त क्षमाशील है|

ହେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସୀମାନେ! ତୁମେ କ’ଣ କହୁଛ ତାହା ନ ଜାଣିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମଦ୍ୟପାନ କରି ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କର ନାହିଁ। ସେହିପରି, ସ୍ନାନ ନ କରିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅଶୁଚି ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କର ନାହିଁ, ଯଦି ତୁମେ ଯାତ୍ରାରେ ଥାଅ। ଏବଂ ଯଦି ତୁମେ ଅସୁସ୍ଥ ଅଥବା ଯାତ୍ରା କରୁଛ, କିମ୍ବା ତୁମ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କେହି ଶୌଚାଳୟରୁ ଆସିଛ (ବୈତୁଲ-ଖାଲା), କିମ୍ବା ତୁମେ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରିଛ, ଏବଂ ତୁମେ ପାଣି ପାଇପାରୁ ନାହଁ, ତେବେ ପବିତ୍ର ମାଟି ବ୍ୟବହାର କର ଏବଂ ତା’ ସହିତ ତୁମର ହାତ ଘଷ। ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବରେ, ଆଲ୍ଲାହ କ୍ଷମାଶୀଳ, ପରମ କ୍ଷମାଶୀଳ।

信道的人們啊！你們在酒醉的時候不要禮拜，直到你們知道自己所說的是甚麼話；除了過路的人以外，在不潔的時候不要入禮拜殿，直到你們沐浴。如果你們有病，或旅行，或入廁，或性交，而不能得到水，那末，你們可趨向潔淨的地面，而摩你們的臉和手。真主確是至恕的，確是至赦的。
