Quran Surat Ale- Imran 3iv- Verse:137-139 (And do not feel feeble nor grieve; and you are the most Exalted in case you are Believers)

Quran V3:137-139

قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ سُنَنٌ فَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُكَذِّبِينَ[137]هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ[138]وَلَا تَهِنُوا وَلَا تَحْزَنُوا وَأَنتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ[139]

[ونزل في هزيمة أحد { قد خلَت } مضت { من قبلكم سُنَن } طرائق في الكفار بإمهالهم ثم أخذهم { فسيروا } أيها المؤمنون { في الأرض فانظروا كيف كان عاقبة المكذبين } الرسل أي آخر أمرهم من الهلاك فلا تحزنوا لغلبتهم فإنا أمهلناهم لوقتهم .

{ هذا } القرآن { بيانٌ للناس } كلهم { وهدى } من الضلال { وموعظة للمتقين } منهم .

{ ولا تهنوا } تضعفوا عن قتال الكفار { ولا تحزنوا } على ما أصابكم بأحد { وأنتم الأعلون } بالغلبة عليهم { إن كنتم مؤمنين } حقا وجوابه دل عليه مجموع ما قبله .]

[And it was revealed concerning the defeat at Uhud: {There have already passed before you} meaning, there have already been {precedents} of the ways of the disbelievers, in that they were given respite and then seized. {So travel} O believers {throughout the land and see how was the end of those who denied} the messengers, meaning their final fate of destruction. So do not grieve over their defeat, for We gave them respite until their appointed time.

{This} Quran {is a clear explanation for all people} {and guidance} from misguidance {and an admonition for the righteous} among them.

{And do not lose heart} in fighting the disbelievers {nor grieve} over what befell you at Uhud {for you will have the upper hand} in victory over them {if you are truly believers}. The answer to this is indicated by the entirety of what precedes it.]

English Quran V3:137-138-139

Many similar ways (and mishaps of life) were faced by nations (believers and disbelievers) that have passed away before you (as you have faced in the battle of Uhud), so travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those who disbelieved (in the Oneness of Allah, and disobeyed Him and His Messengers).[137] This (the Quran) is a plain statement for mankind, a guidance and instruction to those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V.2:2).[138] So do not become weak (against your enemy), nor be sad, and you will be superior (in victory) if you are indeed (true) believers.[139]

Avant vous, certes, beaucoup d'événements se sont passés. तुमसे पहले बहुत से वाक़यात गुज़र चुके हैं बस ज़रा रूए ज़मीन पर चल फिर कर देखो तो कि (अपने अपने वक़्त के पैग़म्बरों को) झुठलाने वालों का अन्जाम क्या हुआ (137)
ये (जो हमने कहा) आम लोगों के लिए तो सिर्फ़ बयान (वाक़या) है मगर और परहेज़गारों के लिए हिदायत व नसीहत है (138)

Chinese Quran V3:137-138-139

有許多常道，已在你們之前逝去了；故你們當在大地上旅行，以觀察否認真理者的結局是怎樣的。[137]

這是對於世人的一種宣示，世是對於敬畏者的一種向導和教訓。[138]

你們不要灰心，不要憂愁，你們必佔優勢，如果你們是信道的人。[139]

Japanese 

あなたがた以前にも多くの摂理の例があった，あなたがたは地上を旅して，真理を嘘という者の最後がどうであったかを見なさい。[137]
