Quran Surat Ale- Imran 3iv- Verse:173-174 (Men said to them: "A great army is gathering against you": And frightened them: But it (only) increased their Faith: They said: "For us Allah sufficeth, and He is the best disposer of affairs.")

Quran V3:173-174

الَّذِينَ قَالَ لَهُمُ النَّاسُ إِنَّ النَّاسَ قَدْ جَمَعُوا لَكُمْ فَاخْشَوْهُمْ فَزَادَهُمْ إِيمَانًا وَقَالُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ[173]فَانقَلَبُوا بِنِعْمَةٍ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَفَضْلٍ لَّمْ يَمْسَسْهُمْ سُوءٌ وَاتَّبَعُوا رِضْوَانَ اللَّهِ ۗ وَاللَّهُ ذُو فَضْلٍ عَظِيمٍ[174]

[{ الذين } بدل من الذين قبله أو نعت { قال لهم الناس } أي نعيم بن مسعود الأشجعي { إن الناس } أبا سفيان وأصحابه { قد جمعوا لكم } الجموع ليستأصلوكم { فاخشوهم } ولا تأتوهم { فزادهم } ذلك القول { إيمانا } تصديقا بالله ويقينا { وقالوا حسبنا الله } كافينا أمرهم { ونعم الوكيل } المفوَّض إليه الأمر هو، وخرجوا مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فوافوا سوق بدر وألقى الله الرعب في قلب أبي سفيان وأصحابه فلم يأتوا وكان معهم تجارات فباعوا وربحوا قال الله تعالى .

{ فانقلبوا } رجعوا من بدر { بنعمة من الله وفضل } بسلامة وربح { لم يَمْسَسهُمْ سوء } من قتل أو حرج { واتبعوا رضوان الله } بطاعته وطاعة رسوله في الخروج { والله ذو فضل عظيم } على أهل طاعته .]

[Those who] are a substitute for those who preceded them, or an attribute. The people said to them—that is, Na’im ibn Mas’ud al-Ashja’i—“Indeed, the people”—Abu Sufyan and his companions—“have gathered against you”—the armies—“to annihilate you. So fear them”—and do not go to them. But that statement only increased them in faith, in belief in Allah and certainty. They said, “Sufficient for us is Allah,” meaning He is sufficient for us against them, “and He is the best Disposer of affairs.” They went out with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and arrived at the market of Badr. Allah cast terror into the heart of Abu Sufyan and his companions, so they did not come. They had merchandise with them, so they sold and profited. Allah Almighty said:

“So they returned”—they returned from Badr—“with favor from Allah and bounty,” meaning with safety and profit. “No harm touched them”—meaning no killing or distress—“and they followed the pleasure of Allah”—meaning by obeying Him and His Messenger in going out. “And Allah is the possessor of great bounty”—meaning for those who obey Him.]

English Quran V3:173-174

Those (i.e. believers) unto whom the people (hypocrites) said, "Verily, the people (pagans) have gathered against you (a great army), therefore, fear them." But it (only) increased them in Faith, and they said: "Allah (Alone) is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs (for us)."[173]

So they returned with Grace and Bounty from Allah. No harm touched them; and they followed the good Pleasure of Allah. And Allah is the Owner of Great Bounty.[174]

Certes ceux auxquels l'on disait : "Les gens se sont rassemblés contre vous; craignez-les" - cela accrut leur foi - et ils dirent : "Allah nous suffit; Il est notre meilleur garant".[173]

Diejenigen, zu denen die Menschen sagten: "Die Menschen haben (sich) bereits gegen euch versammelt; darum fürchtet sie!" - Doch da mehrte das (nur) ihren Glauben, und sie sagten: "Unsere Genüge ist Allah, und wie trefflich ist der Sachwalter!"[173]

So kehrten sie mit einer Gunst von Allah und einer Huld zurück, ohne daß ihnen etwas Böses widerfahren war. Sie folgten Allahs Wohlgefallen, und Allah ist voll großer Huld.[174]

A aquéllos a quienes se dijo: «La gente se ha agrupado contra vosotros, ¡tenedles miedo!», esto les aumentó la fe y dijeron: «Alá nos basta! ¡Es un protector excelente!»[173]

Y regresaron por una gracia y favor de Alá, sin sufrir mal. Buscaron la satisfacción de Alá. Y Alá es el Dueño del favor inmenso.[174]

Swedish

De som kände sin tro växa, när de varnades att [styrkor] hade dragits samman mot dem och att de borde vara på sin vakt, och svarade: "Vi behöver ingen annan hjälpare än Gud. Var finns en mäktigare beskyddare?"[173]

Och de återvände [styrkta av] Guds välsignelse och Hans nåd; det onda hade inte rört vid dem. Deras mål var att vinna Guds välbehag och Guds nåd är en outsinlig källa.[174]

Люди сказали им: "Народ собрался против вас. Побойтесь же их". Однако это лишь приумножило их веру, и они сказали: "Нам достаточно Аллаха, и как прекрасен этот Попечитель и Хранитель!"[173]Они вернулись с милостью от Аллаха и щедротами. Зло не коснулось их, и они последовали за довольством Аллаха. Воистину, Аллах обладает великой милостью.[174]

যাদেরকে লোকেরা বলেছে যে, তোমাদের সাথে মোকাবেলা করার জন্য লোকেরা সমাবেশ করেছে বহু সাজ-সরঞ্জাম; তাদের ভয় কর। তখন তাদের বিশ্বাস আরও দৃঢ়তর হয়ে যায় এবং তারা বলে, আমাদের জন্য আল্লাহই যথেষ্ট; কতই না চমৎকার কামিয়াবীদানকারী।[173]

অতঃপর ফিরে এল মুসলমানরা আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ নিয়ে, তদের কিছুই অনিষ্ট হলো না। তারপর তারা আল্লাহর ইচ্ছার অনুগত হল। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ অতি বিরাট।[174]

Hindi Quran V3:173-174

यह वह हैं कि जब उनसे लोगों ने आकर कहना शुरू किया कि (दुशमन) लोगों ने तुम्हारे (मुक़ाबले के) वास्ते (बड़ा लश्कर) जमा किया है बस उनसे डरते (तो बजाए ख़ौफ़ के) उनका ईमान और ज़्यादा हो गया और कहने लगे (होगा भी) अल्लाह  हमारे वास्ते काफ़ी है (173)
और वह क्या अच्छा कारसाज़ है फिर (या तो हिम्मत करके गए मगर जब लड़ाई न हुयी तो) ये लोग अल्लाह  की नेअमत और फ़ज़ल के साथ (अपने घर) वापस आए और उन्हें कोई बुराई छू भी नहीं गयी और अल्लाह  की ख़ुशनूदी के पाबन्द रहे और अल्लाह  बड़ा फ़ज़ल करने वाला है (174)

Chinese Quran V3:173-174

有人曾對他們說：「那些人確已為進攻你們而集合隊伍了，故你們應當畏懼他們。」這句話卻增加了他們的信念，他們說：「真主是使我們滿足的，他是優美的監護者！」[173]

他們帶著從真主發出的賞賜和恩惠轉回來，他們沒有遭受任何損失，他們追求真主的喜悅。真主是有宏恩的。[174]

Japanese Quran V3:173-174

人びとが，かれらに向かって言った。「見なさい，あなたがたに対して大軍が集結している。かれらを恐れるべきである。」だがこのことが却ってかれらの信仰を深めた。そして「わたしたちには，アッラーがいれば万全である。かれは最も優れた管理者であられる。」と言った。[173]

だからこそかれらは，アッラーの御恵みと恩恵に浴して帰って来た。艱難にも遭遇しないで，かれらはアッラーの喜ばれるところに従うことが出来た。本当にアッラーは偉大な恩恵の主であられる。[174]

Korean Quran V3:173-174

무리가 그들에게 말하길 많은 군중이 너희에게 대항하여 오 나니 그들을 두려워 하라 그러니 그들의 신앙은 더욱 두터워졌으니 그들이 말하더라 우리는 하나님만 으로 만족하나니 승리는 그분에 게의탁하는 자에게 있노라[173]

그리하여 그들은 하나님의 자비와 은총을 입고 돌아왔으며 그들을 해치는 것 없었으니 이는 그들이 하나님을 추종했기 때문이 라 하나님은 무한한 은총으로 충 만하심이라[174]
