Quran Surat Ale- Imran 3iii- Verse: 75 ( Trustworthiness and Betrayal among some People of the Scripture)

Quran V3:75

وَمِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ مَنْ إِن تَأْمَنْهُ بِقِنطَارٍ يُؤَدِّهِ إِلَيْكَ وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ إِن تَأْمَنْهُ بِدِينَارٍ لَّا يُؤَدِّهِ إِلَيْكَ إِلَّا مَا دُمْتَ عَلَيْهِ قَائِمًا ۗ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا لَيْسَ عَلَيْنَا فِي الْأُمِّيِّينَ سَبِيلٌ وَيَقُولُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ[75]

[{ ومن أهل الكتاب من إن تأمنه بقنطار } أي بمال كثير { يؤدَّه إليك } لأمانته كعبد الله بن سلام أودعه رجل ألفا ومائتي أوقية ذهبا فأعادها إليه { ومنهم من إن تأمنه بدينار لا يؤده إليك } لخيانته { إلا ما دمت عليه قائما } لا تفارقه فمتى فارقته أنكره ككعب بن الأشرف استودعه قرشي دينارا فجحده { ذلك } أي ترك الأداء { بأنهم قالوا } بسبب قولهم { ليس علينا في الأميين } أي العرب { سبيل } أي إثم لاستحلالهم ظلم من خالف دينهم ونسبوه إليه تعالى، قال تعالى { ويقولون على الله الكذب } في نسبة ذلك إليه { وهم يعلمون } أنهم كاذبون .]

[And among the People of the Scripture are some who, if you entrust them with a great amount of wealth, will return it to you, due to their trustworthiness, like Abdullah bin Salam, to whom a man entrusted one thousand two hundred ounces of gold, and he returned it to him. And among them are some who, if you entrust them with a dinar, will not return it to you, due to their treachery, unless you are standing over them. 

Whenever you leave them, they deny it, like Ka'b bin Al-Ashraf, to whom a Qurayshi entrusted a dinar, and he denied it. That is, the failure to return it, because they said, because of their saying, “There is no blame upon us concerning the unlettered people,” meaning the Arabs, “for they consider it permissible to oppress those who disagree with their religion and attribute it to Allah Almighty.” Allah Almighty said, “And they say about Allah a lie,” in attributing that to Him, “while they know” that they are lying.]

English Quran V3:75

Among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) is he who, if entrusted with a Cantar (a great amount of wealth, etc.), will readily pay it back; and among them there is he who, if entrusted with a single silver coin, will not repay it unless you constantly stand demanding, because they say: "There is no blame on us to betray and take the properties of the illiterates (Arabs)." But they tell a lie against Allah while they know it.

Et parmi les gens du Livre, il y en a qui, si tu lui confies un qintar , te le rend. Mais il y en a aussi qui, si tu lui confies un dinar, ne te le rendra que si tu l'y contrains sans relâche. Tout cela parce qu'ils disent : "Ces (arabes) qui n'ont pas de livre n'ont aucun chemin pour nous contraindre." Ils profèrent des mensonges contre Allah alors qu'ils savent.

Unter den Leuten der Schrift gibt es manche, die, wenn du ihnen einen Qintar anvertraust, ihn dir (wieder) aushändigen. Es gibt unter ihnen aber auch manche, die, wenn du ihnen (nur) einen Dinar anvertraust, ihn dir nicht (wieder) aushändigen, es sei denn, du bist ständig hinter ihnen her. Dies, weil sie sagen: "Gegen uns kann man der Schriftunkundigen wegen nicht vorgehen". Und sie sprechen (damit) wissentlich eine Lüge gegen Allah aus.

Они поступают таким образом, потому что говорят: "На нас не будет греха из-за этих невежд". Они сознательно возводят навет на Аллаха.

কোন কোন আহলে কিতাব এমনও রয়েছে, তোমরা যদি তাদের কাছে বহু ধন-সম্পদ আমানত রাখ, তাহলেও তা তোমাদের যথারীতি পরিশোধ করবে। আর তোদের মধ্যে অনেক এমনও রয়েছে যারা একটি দীনার গচ্ছিত রাখলেও ফেরত দেবে না-যে পর্যন্ত না তুমি তার মাথার উপর দাঁড়াতে পারবে। এটা এজন্য যে, তারা বলে রেখেছে যে, উম্মীদের অধিকার বিনষ্ট করাতে আমাদের কোন পাপ নেই। আর তারা আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে জেনে শুনেই মিথ্যা বলে।

Hindi Quran V3:75

और अहले किताब कुछ ऐसे भी हैं कि अगर उनके पास रूपए की ढेर अमानत रख दो तो भी उसे (जब चाहो) वैसे ही तुम्हारे हवाले कर देंगे और बाज़ ऐसे हें कि अगर एक अशर्फ़ी भी अमानत रखो तो जब तक तुम बराबर (उनके सर) पर खड़े न रहोगे तुम्हें वापस न देंगे ये (बदमुआम लगी) इस वजह से है कि उन का तो ये क़ौल है कि (अरब के) जाहिलो (का हक़ मार लेने) में हम पर कोई इल्ज़ाम की राह ही नहीं और जान बूझ कर अल्लाह पर झूठ (तूफ़ान) जोड़ते हैं|

ଏବଂ କିଛି ପୁସ୍ତକ ଲୋକ ଅଛନ୍ତି, ଯଦି ଆପଣ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଗଦା ଟଙ୍କା ସମର୍ପଣ କରନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ସେମାନେ ତାହା ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ଫେରାଇ ଦେବେ (ଯେତେବେଳେ ଆପଣ ଚାହିଁବେ), ଏବଂ କିଛି ଲୋକ ଅଛନ୍ତି, ଯଦି ଆପଣ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ସୁନା ମୁଦ୍ରା ସମର୍ପଣ କରନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ଆପଣ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମୁଣ୍ଡରେ ଠିଆ ନହେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ତାହା ଆପଣଙ୍କୁ ଫେରାଇବେ ନାହିଁ। ଏହା (ଅଭିଶାପ) କାରଣ ସେମାନେ କୁହନ୍ତି, "ଅଜ୍ଞ (ଆରବ) ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଅଧିକାର ହଡ଼ପ କରିବାରେ ଆମ ପାଇଁ କୌଣସି ଦୋଷ ନାହିଁ," ଏବଂ ସେମାନେ ଜାଣିଶୁଣି ଆଲ୍ଲାହଙ୍କୁ ମିଥ୍ୟା ଆରୋପ କରନ୍ତି।

abng kichhi pustaka loka achhanti, jadi apana semananku eka gada tankaa samarpana karanti, tebe semane tahaa apananku ferai debe (jetebele apana chahinbe), abng kichhi loka achhanti, jadi apana semananku gotie suna mudra samarpana karanti, tebe apana semananka mundare tthia naheba parjyanta tahaa apananku feraibe nahin. ehaa (avisapa) karana semane kuhanti, "agya (araba) lokanka adhikara hadapa karibare ama pain kaunnasi dosa nahin," abng semane janisunni allaahanku mithya aropa karanti.

Chinese Quran V3:75

信奉天經的人中有這樣的人：如果你托付他一千兩黃金，他會交還你；他們中也有這樣的人：如果你托付他一枚金幣，他也許不交還你，除非你一再追究它。這是因為他們說：「我們不為不識字的人而受處分。」他們明知故犯地假借真主的名義而造謠。

Japanese Quran V3:75

啓典の民の中には，あなたが千金を託してもこれを返す者もあれば，あなたが不断に催促しない限り，一枚の銀貨を託しても返さない者もある。それはかれらが「無知の者たちに就いては，わたしたちに責めはない。」と言うためである。かれらは故意に，アッラーに虚偽を語るものである。

성서의 백성들 중에는 천금 을 보관하여도 그것을 돌려주는 무리가 있고 또 그들 중에는 일전을 보관하여도 요구하지 아니하면돌려주지 않는 무리가 있더라 그 리고서 그들은 그것에 대해 우리 는 문맹인들에 대한 의무가 없도 다 라고 말하니 그들은 하나님에 대해 거짓말을 하고 있음을 잘 알고 있노라
