مَا نَنسَخْ مِنْ آيَةٍ أَوْ نُنسِهَا نَأْتِ بِخَيْرٍ مِّنْهَا أَوْ مِثْلِهَا ۗ أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ[106]أَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۗ وَمَا لَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلَا نَصِيرٍ[107]
[ولما طعن الكفار في النسخ وقالوا إن محمداً يأمر أصحابه اليوم بأمر وينهى عنه غداً نزل: { ما } شرطية { ننسخ من أية } أي ننزل حكمها: إما مع لفظها أو لا وفي قراءة بضم النون من أنسخ: أي نأمرك أو جبريل بنسخها { أو ننسها } نؤخرها، فلا ننزل حكمها ونرفع تلاوتها أو نؤخرها في اللوح المحفوظ وفي قراءة بلا همز من النسيان أي ننسها، أي نمحها من قلبك وجواب الشرط { نأت بخير منها } أنفع للعباد في السهولة أو كثرة الأجر { أو مثلها } في التكليف والثواب { ألم تعلم أن الله على كل شئ قدير } ومنه النسخ والتبديل، والاستفهام للتقرير .
{ ألم تعلم أن الله له ملك السموات والأرض } يفعل ما يشاء { وما لكم من دون الله } أي غيره { من } زائدة { وليٌ } يحفظكم { ولا نصير } يمنع عنكم عذابه إن أتاكم، ونزل لما سأله أهل مكة أن يوسعها ويجعل الصفا ذهباً .]
[When the disbelievers criticized the concept of abrogation, saying that Muhammad commands his companions to do something one day and forbids it the next, the following was revealed: {Whatever} is a conditional clause. {We abrogate a verse} meaning We reveal its ruling: either with its wording or not. In one reading, the nun is pronounced with a dammah, from the root 'ansakha', meaning We command you or Gabriel to abrogate it. {Or cause it to be forgotten} meaning We postpone it, so We do not reveal its ruling and remove its recitation, or We postpone it in the Preserved Tablet.
In another reading, without a hamza, it is from the root 'an-nisān', meaning We cause it to be forgotten, that is, We erase it from your heart. The answer to the conditional clause is {We bring something better than it} more beneficial to the servants in terms of ease or greater reward, {or something similar to it} in terms of obligation and reward.
{Do you not know that God is over all things competent?} This includes abrogation and substitution, and the question is for affirmation.] {Do you not know that to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth?} He does what He wills. {And you have no protector besides Allah} meaning other than Him. {any} extra {protector} to safeguard you, {nor any helper} to prevent His punishment from coming upon you. This was revealed when the people of Mecca asked Him to expand it and turn Safa into gold.]
Whatever a Verse (revelation) do We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We bring a better one or similar to it. Know you not that Allah is able to do all things?[106] Know you not that it is Allah to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth? And besides Allah you have neither any Wali (protector or guardian) nor any helper.[107]
Si Nous abrogeons un verset quelconque ou que Nous le fassions oublier, Nous en apportons un meilleur, ou un semblable. Ne sais-tu pas qu'Allah est Omnipotent ?[106] Ne sais-tu pas qu'à Allah, appartient le royaume des cieux et de la terre, et qu'en dehors d'Allah vous n'avez ni protecteur ni secoureur ?[107]
Não ab-rogamos nenhum versículo, nem fazemos com que seja esquecido (por ti), sem substituí-lo por outro melhor ousemelhante. Ignoras, por acaso, que Deus é Onipotente?[106] Porventura, não sabes que a Deus pertence o reino dos céus e da terra e que, além de Deus, (vós) não tereis outroprotetor, nem defensor? [107]
Si abrogamos una aleya o provocamos su olvido, aportamos otra mejor o semejante. ¿No sabes que Alá es omnipotente? [106] ¿No sabes que el dominio de los cielos y de la tierra es de Alá y que no tenéis. fuera de Alá, amigo ni auxiliar? [107]
Varje budskap som Vi upphäver eller överlämnar åt glömskan ersätter Vi med ett bättre eller ett lika gott. Vet du inte att Gud har allt i Sin makt [106] Vet du inte att Gud äger herraväldet över himlarna och jorden? Ni har ingen beskyddare och ingen hjälpare utom Gud.[107]
আমি কোন আয়াত রহিত করলে অথবা বিস্মৃত করিয়ে দিলে তদপেক্ষা উত্তম অথবা তার সমপর্যায়ের আয়াত আনয়ন করি। তুমি কি জান না যে, আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর শক্তিমান? [106] তুমি কি জান না যে, আল্লাহর জন্যই নভোমন্ডল ও ভূমন্ডলের আধিপত্য? আল্লাহ ব্যতীত তোমাদের কোন বন্ধু ও সাহায্যকারী নেই। [107]
हम जिस आयत (और निशान) को
भी मिटा दें या उसे भुला देते हैं, तो उससे बेहतर लाते
हैं या उस जैसी दूसरी ही। क्या तुम जानते नहीं हो कि अल्लाह को हर चीज़ की सामर्थ्य
प्राप्त है? [106]
क्या तुम नहीं जानते
कि आकाशों और धरती का राज्य अल्लाह ही का है और अल्लाह से हटकर न तुम्हारा कोई मित्र
है और न सहायक? [107]

ଯେତେବେଳେ ଆମେ କୌଣସି ପଦକୁ ଲିଭାଇ ଦେଉଛୁ କିମ୍ବା ଭୁଲିଯାଉଛୁ, ଆମେ ତା'ଠାରୁ ଭଲ କିମ୍ବା ସମାନ ପଦ ଆଣିଥାଉ। ତୁମେ କ'ଣ ଜାଣ ନାହିଁ ଯେ ଆଲ୍ଲାହ ସମସ୍ତ ଜିନିଷ ଉପରେ କ୍ଷମତାବାନ? [୧୦୬]
ତୁମେ କ'ଣ ଜାଣ ନାହିଁ ଯେ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ ଏବଂ ପୃଥିବୀର ରାଜ୍ୟ କେବଳ ଆଲ୍ଲାହଙ୍କର, ଏବଂ ଆଲ୍ଲାହ ବ୍ୟତୀତ ତୁମର କୌଣସି ବନ୍ଧୁ କିମ୍ବା ସାହାଯ୍ୟକାରୀ ନାହିଁ? [୧୦୭]

われは（啓示の）どの節を取り消しても，また忘れさせても，それに優るか，またはそれと同様のものを授ける。アッラーは凡てのことに全能であられることを知らないのか。[106]
あなたは天と地の大権が，アッラーの有であることを知らないのか。またあなたがたには，アッラー以外に守護者も援助者もないのである。[107]
어떤 말씀도 폐기하지 아니하며 망각케하지 아니하되 보다 나은 혹은 그와 동등한 말씀으로 대체하시나니 하나님은 모든 일에 전지전능하심을 너회는 모르느뇨 [106]
천지가 하나님께 있음을 너회는 알지 않느뇨 그분 외에는 보 호자도 원조자도 없노라 [107]
