Quran Surat Al-Baqarah (The Cow) 2 -Verse 45-46 ( Seek (Allah's) Help with Patient Perseverance and Prayer )
وَاسْتَعِينُوا
بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى
الْخَاشِعِينَ[45]
الَّذِينَ
يَظُنُّونَ أَنَّهُم مُّلَاقُو رَبِّهِمْ وَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ[46]
{واستعينوا} اطلبوا المعونة على أموركم {بالصبر} الحبس للنفس على ما تكره {والصلاة} أفردها بالذكر تعظيما لشأنها وفي الحديث (كان صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا حزبه أمر بادر إلى الصلاة) وقيل الخطاب لليهود لما عاقهم عن الإيمان الشره وحب الرياسة فأمروا بالصبر وهو الصوم لأنه يكسر الشهوة والصلاة لأنها تورث الخشوع وتنفي الكبر {وإنها} أي الصلاة {لكبيرة} ثقيلة {إلا على الخاشعين} الساكنين إلى الطاعة.{ الَّذين يظنون } يوقنون { أنهم ملاقو ربِّهم } بالبعث { وأنهم إليه راجعون } في الآخرة فيجازيهم .
[{And seek help} seek help in your affairs {through patience} restraining oneself from what one dislikes {and prayer} singling it out for mention to emphasize its importance. In the hadith (the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would hasten to prayer whenever something distressed him). It was said that the address was to the Jews because their greed and love of leadership prevented them from believing, so they were commanded to be patient, which is fasting because it breaks desire, and to pray because it brings about humility and eliminates arrogance.
{And indeed,} meaning prayer, {is a burden} heavy {except for the humble} who are at peace with obedience. {Who are certain} who are sure {that they will meet their Lord} at the Resurrection {and that to Him they will return} in the Hereafter, so He will reward them.]

And seek help in patience and As-Salat (the prayer) and truly it is extremely heavy and hard except for Al-Khashi'un [i.e. the true believers in Allah - those who obey Allah with full submission, fear much from His Punishment, and believe in His Promise (Paradise, etc.) and in His Warnings (Hell, etc.)]. [45] (They are those) who are certain that they are going to meet their Lord, and that unto Him they are going to return. [46]
Et cherchez secours dans l'endurance et la Salat : certes, la Salat est une lourde obligation, sauf pour les humbles, [45] qui ont la certitude de rencontrer leur Seigneur (après leur résurrection) et retourner à Lui seul.[46]
Amparai-vos na perseverança e na oração. Sabei que ela (a oração) é carga pesada, salvo para os humildes,[45] Que sabem que encontrarão o seu Senhor e a Ele retornarão. [46]
¡Buscad ayuda en la paciencia y en la azalá! Sí, es algo difícil, pero no para los humildes, [45] que cuentan con encontrar a su Señor y volver a Él. [46]
ধৈর্য্যর সাথে সাহায্য প্রার্থনা কর নামাযের মাধ্যমে। অবশ্য তা যথেষ্ট কঠিন। কিন্তু সে সমস্ত বিনয়ী লোকদের পক্ষেই তা সম্ভব।[45] যারা একথা খেয়াল করে যে, তাদেরকে সম্মুখীন হতে হবে স্বীয় পরওয়ারদেগারের এবং তাঁরই দিকে ফিরে যেতে হবে।[46]
और (मुसीबत के वक़्त) सब्र
और नमाज़ का सहारा पकड़ो और अलबत्ता नमाज़ दूभर तो है मगर उन ख़ाक़सारों पर (नहीं)
जो बख़ूबी जानते हैं (45)
कि वह अपने परवरदिगार की बारगाह
में हाजि़र होंगे और ज़रूर उसकी तरफ लौट जाएँगे (46)
ଏବଂ (ସଙ୍କଟ ସମୟରେ) ଧୈର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନାର ଆଶ୍ରୟ ନିଅ। ପ୍ରକୃତରେ, ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କଷ୍ଟକର, କିନ୍ତୁ ସେହି ନମ୍ର ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ନୁହେଁ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଭଲ ଭାବରେ ଜାଣନ୍ତି (45)
ଯେ ସେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେବେ ଏବଂ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବରେ ତାଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଫେରିଯିବେ (46)।
abng (sankata samayare) dhaerjya abng praarthanara asraya nia. prakrutare, praarthana kastakara, kintu sehi namra lokanka pain nuhen jeunmane bhala bhabare jannanti (45) je semane semananka prabhunka samukhare upasthita hebe abng nischita bhabare tanka pakhaku ferijibe (46).
인내와 예배로써 구원하라 실로 그것은 겸손한 마음이 없는 사람에게는 힘든 일이라
주님을 만날 수 있다고 확신하는 사람은 주님께로 돌아가니라
忍耐と礼拝によって，（アッラーの）御助けを請い願いなさい。だがそれは，（主を畏れる）謙虚な者でなければ本当こ難かしいこと。[45]
敬神の仲間はやがて主に会うこと，かれの御許に帰り行くことを堅く心に銘記している者である。[46]
