Quran V4:65

فَلَا وَرَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُوكَ فِيمَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَهُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُوا فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَرَجًا مِّمَّا قَضَيْتَ وَيُسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا.

{ فلا وربِّك } لا زائدة { لا يؤمنون حتى يحكِّموك فيما شجر } اختلط { بينهم ثم لا يجدوا في أنفسهم حرجا } ضيقا أو شكٌا { مما قضيت } به { ويسلِّموا } ينقادوا لحكمك { تسليما } من غير معارضة .

[{But no, by your Lord} The “no” is extra {they will not believe until they make you judge concerning that which has become confused among them, and then find within themselves no discomfort or doubt concerning what you have decided, and submit} they submit to your judgment {in submission} without opposition.]++

But no, by your Lord, they can have no Faith, until they make you (O Muhammad SAW) judge in all disputes between them, and find in themselves no resistance against your decisions, and accept (them) with full submission.
