Quran V2:228

وَالْمُطَلَّقَاتُ يَتَرَبَّصْنَ بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ ثَلَاثَةَ قُرُوءٍ ۚ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ أَن يَكْتُمْنَ مَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ فِي أَرْحَامِهِنَّ إِن كُنَّ يُؤْمِنَّ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ۚ وَبُعُولَتُهُنَّ أَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ إِنْ أَرَادُوا إِصْلَاحًا ۚ وَلَهُنَّ مِثْلُ الَّذِي عَلَيْهِنَّ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيْهِنَّ دَرَجَةٌ ۗ وَاللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ[228]

[{ والمطلقات يتربصن } أي لينتظرن { بأنفسهن } عن النكاح { ثلاثة قروءٍ } تمضي من حين الطلاق، جمع قرء بفتح القاف وهو الطهر أو الحيض قولان وهذا في المدخول بهن أما غيرهن فلا عدة عليهن لقوله : { فما لكم عليهن من عدة } وفي غير الآيسة والصغيرة فعدتهن ثلاثة أشهر والحوامل فعدتهن أن يضعن حملهن كما في سورة الطلاق والإماء فعدتهن قَرءان بالسُّنة { ولا يحل لهن أن يكتمن ما خلق الله في أرحامهن } من الولد والحيض { إن كنّ يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر وبعولتهن } أزواجهن { أحق بردهن } بمراجعتهن ولو أبين { في ذلك } أي في زمن التربص 

{ إن أرادوا إصلاحا } بينهما لإضرار المرأة وهو تحريض على قصده لا شرط لجواز الرجعة وهذا في الطلاق الرجعي وأحق لا تفضيل فيه إذ لا حق لغيرهم في نكاحهن في العدة { ولهن } على الأزواج { مثل الذي } لهم { عليهن } من الحقوق { بالمعروف } شرعا من حسن العشرة وترك الضرار ونحو ذلك { وللرجال عليهن درجة } فضيلة في الحق من وجوب طاعتهن لهم لما ساقوه من المهر والانفاق { والله عزيز } في ملكه { حكيم } فيما دبره لخلقه .]

[And divorced women shall wait three menstrual cycles from the time of the divorce. The word "qur'" (قروءٍ) is the plural of "qur!'" (قرء), which means purity or menstruation, according to two opinions. This applies to women with whom the marriage has been consummated. For others, there is no waiting period, as stated in the verse: "Then you have no waiting period for them." For women who are not menopausal or minors, the waiting period is three months. 

For pregnant women, the waiting period is until they give birth, as mentioned in Surah At-Talaq. For female slaves, the waiting period is two menstrual cycles, according to the Sunnah. It is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs, such as children or menstruation, if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. Their husbands have more right to take them back, even if they refuse, during this waiting period if they intend reconciliation between them. This is an encouragement to seek reconciliation, not a condition for the permissibility of reconciliation. This applies to revocable divorce. 

The husbands have more right, not preference, as no one else has the right to marry them during the waiting period. They have rights over their husbands similar to...] Those who have rights over them according to what is right, according to Islamic law, such as good treatment, refraining from harming them, and the like. 

And men have a degree of advantage over them, a degree of superiority in rights, due to the obligation of their obedience to them because of what they have given in terms of dowry and maintenance. And God is Mighty in His dominion and Wise in what He has ordained for His creation.]

English Quran V2:228

And divorced women shall wait (as regards their marriage) for three menstrual periods, and it is not lawful for them to conceal what Allah has created in their wombs, if they believe in Allah and the Last Day. And their husbands have the better right to take them back in that period, if they wish for reconciliation. And they (women) have rights (over their husbands as regards living expenses, etc.) similar (to those of their husbands) over them (as regards obedience and respect, etc.) to what is reasonable, but men have a degree (of responsibility) over them. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

Et les femmes divorcées doivent observer un délai d'attente de trois menstrues ; et il ne leur est pas permis de taire ce qu'Allah a créé dans leurs ventres, si elles croient en Allah et au Jour dernier. Et leurs époux seront plus en droit de les reprendre pendant cette période, s'ils veulent la réconciliation. Quant à elles, elles ont des droits équivalents à leurs obligations, conformément à la bienséance. Mais les hommes ont cependant une prédominance sur elles. Et Allah est Puissant et Sage.

German Quran V2:228

Geschiedene Frauen sollen (mit sich) selbst drei Zeitabschnitte abwarten. Und es ist ihnen nicht erlaubt, zu verheimlichen, was Allah in ihrem Mutterleib erschaffen hat, wenn sie an Allah und den Jüngsten Tag glauben. Und ihre Ehemänner haben ein größeres Anrecht, sie zurückzunehmen, wenn sie eine Aussöhnung wollen. Und ihnen (den Frauen) steht in rechtlicher Weise (gegenüber den Männern) das gleiche zu, wie (den Männern) gegenüber ihnen. Doch die Männer haben ihnen gegenüber einen gewissen Vorzug. Und Allah ist Allmächtig und Allweise.

As divorciadas aguardarão três menstruação e, se crêem em Deus e no Dia do Juízo Final, não deverão ocultar o queDeus criou em suas entranhas. E seus esposos têm mais direito de as readmitir, se desejarem a reconciliação, porque elastem direitos equivalentes aos seus deveres, embora os homens tenham um grau sobre elas, porquanto Deus é Poderoso,Prudentíssimo. 

Spanish Quran V2:228

Las repudiadas deberán esperar tres menstruaciones. No les es lícito ocultar lo que Alá ha creado en su seno si es que creen en Alá y en el último Día. Durante esta espera, sus esposo tienen pleno derecho a tomarlas de nuevo si desean la reconciliación. Ellas tienen derechos equivalentes a sus obligaciones, conforme al uso, pero los hombres están un grado por encima de ellas. Alá es poderoso, sabio.

Swedish Quran V2:228

I fall av skilsmässa skall kvinnan iaktta en väntetid omfattande tre månadsblödningar [innan hon får ingå nytt äktenskap] och det är inte tillåtet för henne - om hon tror på Gud och den Yttersta dagen - att dölja vad Gud har skapat i hennes sköte. Mannen har full rätt att låta [skilsmässan återgå och] hustrun återvända, om han önskar förlikning. Hustrun har, som sig bör, rättigheter [mot mannen] motsvarande [dem han har] mot henne; hans [rätt] ligger dock ett steg framför hennes. Gud är allsmäktig, vis. 

Russian Quran V2:228

Разведенные женщины должны выжидать в течение трех менструаций. Не дозволено им скрывать то, что сотворил Аллах в их утробах, если они веруют в Аллаха и в Последний день. Мужья в течение этого периода имеют право вернуть их, если захотят примирения. Согласно установленному порядку, жены имеют такие же права, как и обязанности, хотя мужья и выше их по положению. Аллах - Могущественный, Мудрый.

আর তালাকপ্রাপ্তা নারী নিজেকে অপেক্ষায় রাখবে তিন হায়েয পর্যন্ত। আর যদি সে আল্লাহর প্রতি এবং আখেরাত দিবসের উপর ঈমানদার হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে আল্লাহ যা তার জরায়ুতে সৃষ্টি করেছেন তা লুকিয়ে রাখা জায়েজ নয়। আর যদি সদ্ভাব রেখে চলতে চায়, তাহলে তাদেরকে ফিরিয়ে নেবার অধিকার তাদের স্বামীরা সংরক্ষণ করে। আর পুরুষদের যেমন স্ত্রীদের উপর অধিকার রয়েছে, তেমনি ভাবে স্ত্রীদেরও অধিকার রয়েছে পুরুষদের উপর নিয়ম অনুযায়ী। আর নারীরদের ওপর পুরুষদের শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব রয়েছে। আর আল্লাহ হচ্ছে পরাক্রমশালী, বিজ্ঞ।

Hindi Quran V2:228

और जिन औरतों को तलाक़ दी गयी है वह अपने आपको तलाक़ के बाद तीन हैज़ के ख़त्म हो जाने तक निकाह सानी से रोके और अगर वह औरतें अल्लाह और रोजे आख़िरत पर ईमान लायीं हैं तो उनके लिए जाएज़ नहीं है कि जो कुछ भी अल्लाह ने उनके रहम (पेट) में पैदा किया है उसको छिपाएँ और अगर उन के शौहर मेल जोल करना चाहें तो वह (मुद्दत मज़कूरा) में उन के वापस बुला लेने के ज्यादा हक़दार हैं और शरीयत मुवाफिक़ औरतों का (मर्दों पर) वही सब कुछ हक़ है जो मर्दों का औरतों पर है हाँ अलबत्ता मर्दों को (फ़जीलत में) औरतों पर फौक़ियत ज़रुर है और अल्लाह  ज़बरदस्त हिक़मत वाला है|

ଏବଂ ଯେଉଁ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛାଡପତ୍ର ଦିଆଯାଇଛି ସେମାନେ ଛାଡପତ୍ର ପରେ ତିନିଟି ଋତୁସ୍ରାବ ସମାପ୍ତ ହେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବିବାହ କରିବାରୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ ରହିବା ଉଚିତ। ଯଦି ସେହି ମହିଳାମାନେ ଆଲ୍ଲାହ ଏବଂ ଶେଷ ଦିନରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ଆଲ୍ଲାହ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯାହା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଛନ୍ତି ତାହା ଲୁଚାଇବା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଅନୁମତିପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ନୁହେଁ। ଯଦି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱାମୀମାନେ ସହବାସ ଚାହାଁନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ସେମାନେ ଉକ୍ତ ସମୟ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଫେରାଇ ନେବାକୁ ଅଧିକ ହକଦାର। ଶରିଆତ ଅନୁସାରେ, ମହିଳାଙ୍କର (ପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ) ସମାନ ଅଧିକାର ଅଛି ଯେପରି ପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କର ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଅଛି। ହଁ, ପ୍ରକୃତରେ, ପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କର (ଗୁଣରେ) ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠତା ଅଛି। ଏବଂ ଆଲ୍ଲାହ ଜ୍ଞାନୀ।

Chinese Quran V2:228

被休的婦人，當期待三次月經；她們不得隱諱真主造化在她們的子宮裡的東西，如果她們確信真主和末日。在等待的期間，她們的丈夫是宜當挽留她們的，如果他們願意重修舊好。她們應享合理的權利，也應盡合理的義務；男人的權利，比她們高一級。真主是萬能的，是至睿的。

離婚された女は，独身のままで3度の月経を待たねばならない。またもしもかの女らが，アッラーと最後の日を信じるならば，アッラーが胎内に創られたものを，隠すのは合法ではない。（この場合）夫たちがもし和解を望み，その期間内にかの女らを復縁させるならば，一層正当である。女は，公平な状態の下に，かれらに対して対等の権利をもつ。だが男は，女よりも一段上位である。誠にアッラーは偉力ならびなく英明であられる。

이혼한 여성은 삼개월을 기다리게 되나니 이는 하나님이 태 내에 창조한 것을 숨기는 것을 막고자 함이라 만일 그들이 하나님 과 내세를 믿어 남편이 돌아을 의사가 있을 때는 남편은 이 기간에돌아을 권리가 있으며 또한 여성 과 남성이 똑같은 권리가 있으나 남성이 여성보다 위에 있나니 하 나님은 만사형통 하심이라
