Quran Surat An-Nisa (Women) 4-Verse:91 (You will see others who wish to be safe from you and from their people, and who, when they are brought back to the fold, plunge into it.)

Quran V4:91

سَتَجِدُونَ آخَرِينَ يُرِيدُونَ أَن يَأْمَنُوكُمْ وَيَأْمَنُوا قَوْمَهُمْ كُلَّ مَا رُدُّوا إِلَى الْفِتْنَةِ أُرْكِسُوا فِيهَا ۚ فَإِن لَّمْ يَعْتَزِلُوكُمْ وَيُلْقُوا إِلَيْكُمُ السَّلَمَ وَيَكُفُّوا أَيْدِيَهُمْ فَخُذُوهُمْ وَاقْتُلُوهُمْ حَيْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوهُمْ ۚ وَأُولَٰئِكُمْ جَعَلْنَا لَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانًا مُّبِينًا[91]

{ ستجدون آخرين يريدون أن يأمنوكم } بإظهار الإيمان عندكم { ويأمنوا قومهم } بالكفر إذا رجعوا إليهم وهم أسد وغطفان { كلما رُدُّوا إلى الفتنة } دعوا إلى الشرك { أركسوا فيها } وقعوا أشد وقوع { فإن لم يعتزلوكم } بترك قتالكم { و } لم { يلقوا إليكم السَّلم و } لم { يكفوا أيديهم } عنكم { فخذوهم } بالأسر { واقتلوهم حيث ثقفتموهم } وجدتموهم { وأولئكم جعلنا لكم عليهم سلطانا مبينا } برهانا بينا ظاهرً على قتلهم وسبيهم لغدرهم .

[{You will find others who want to be safe from you} by showing faith to you {and to be safe from their people} by disbelief when they return to them, and they are Asad and Ghatafan. {Whenever they are brought back to the temptation} they call to polytheism {they plunge into it} they fall into it more deeply.

 {So if they do not withdraw from you} by ceasing to fight you {and} do not {offer you peace and} do not {restrain their hands} from you {then take them} captive {and kill them wherever you find them} you find them. {And those We have given you clear authority over them} a clear and manifest proof for killing them and taking them captive for their treachery.]

English Quran V4:91

You will find others that wish to have security from you and security from their people. Every time they are sent back to temptation, they yield thereto. If they withdraw not from you, nor offer you peace, nor restrain their hands, take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them. In their case, We have provided you with a clear warrant against them.

Toutes les fois qu'on les pousse vers l'Association, (l'idolâtrie) ils y retombent en masse. (Par conséquent,) s'ils ne restent pas neutres à votre égard, ne vous offrent pas la paix et ne retiennent pas leurs mains (de vous combattre), alors saisissez-les et tuez les où que vous les trouviez. Contre ceux-ci, Nous vous avons donné autorité manifeste.

Wenn sie sich nicht von euch fernhalten und euch nicht Frieden anbieten und nicht ihre Hände zurückhalten, dann ergreift sie und tötet sie, wo immer ihr auf sie trefft. Über jene haben Wir euch deutliche Gewalt verliehen.

এখন তুমি আরও এক সম্প্রদায়কে পাবে। তারা তোমাদের কাছেও স্বজাতির কাছেও এবং নির্বিঘ্ন হয়ে থাকতে চায়। যখন তাদেরকে ফ্যাসাদের প্রতি মনোনিবেশ করানো হয়, তখন তারা তাতে নিপতিত হয়, অতএব তারা যদি তোমাদের থেকে নিবৃত্ত না হয়, তোমাদের সাথে সন্ধি না রাখে এবং স্বীয় হস্তসমূহকে বিরত না রাখে, তবে তোমরা তাদেরকে পাকড়াও কর এবং যেখানে পাও হত্যা কর। আমি তাদের বিরুদ্ধে তোমাদেরকে প্রকাশ্য যুক্তি-প্রমাণ দান করেছি।

अनक़रीब तुम कुछ ऐसे और लोगों को भी पाओगे जो चाहते हैं कि तुमसे भी अमन में रहें और अपनी क़ौम से भी अमन में रहें (मगर) जब कभी झगड़े की तरफ़ बुलाए गए तो उसमें औंधे मुंह के बल गिर पड़े पस अगर वह तुमसे न किनारा कशी करें और न तुम्हें सुलह का पैग़ाम दें और न लड़ाई से अपने हाथ रोकें पस उनको पकड़ों और जहॉ पाओ उनको क़त्ल करो और यही वह लोग हैं जिनपर हमने तुम्हें सरीही ग़लबा अता फ़रमाया|

ତୁମେ ପ୍ରାୟ ଏପରି କିଛି ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ପାଇବ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ ସହିତ ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଶାନ୍ତିରେ ରହିବାକୁ ଚାହାଁନ୍ତି (କିନ୍ତୁ) ଯେତେବେଳେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ପାଇଁ ଡାକ ଦିଆଯାଏ, ସେମାନେ ସେଥିରେ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରନ୍ତି। ତେଣୁ ଯଦି ସେମାନେ ତୁମଠାରୁ ବିମୁଖ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ, କିମ୍ବା ତୁମକୁ ଶାନ୍ତିର ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ପଠାନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ, କିମ୍ବା ଯୁଦ୍ଧରୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ, ତେବେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧରି ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ପାଇବ ସେଠାରେ ହତ୍ୟା କର। ଏମାନେ ସେହି ଲୋକ ଯାହାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆମେ ତୁମକୁ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଜୟ ଦେଇଛୁ।

Chinese Quran V4:91

你們將發現別的許多人，想從你們獲得安全，也想從他們的宗族獲得安全；他們每逢被召於迫害，他們都冒昧地參加。如果他們不退避你們，不投降你們，不停止作戰，那末，你們在那裡發現他們，就當在那裡捕殺他們。這等人，對於制裁他們，我已經把一個明証授予你們了。

Japanese 

外のある者は，あなたがたから安全を望み，また，自分の人びとからも安全であり度いと望むのを，あなたがたは見るであろう。かれらは試みにあう度に，それら（の誘惑）に陥り転落する。それでかれらがもし退かず，あなたがたに和平も求めず，また手を納めないなら，ところかまわずかれらを捕え，見つけ次第かれらを殺せ。これらの者に対しては，われはあなたがたに，明白な権能を授ける。

한편 너희로부터 안전함을 꾀하고 그들의 부족을 안전케 하 려는 또 다른 위선자의 무리를 발견하리니 그들이 돌아가 불신할 때마다 패배할 것이라 만일 그들 이 너희로부터 물러서지 아니하고또 평화를 제안하지 아니할 때는 너희가 어디서 그들을 발견하던 그들을 포획하여 살해하라 이는 하나님이 너희를 위해 그 권한을 부여하였노라

You will see others who wish to be safe from you and from their people, and who, when they are brought back to the fold, plunge into it. If they do not withdraw from you, nor offer you peace, nor withhold their hands, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them. We have given you a clear right against them. 

(Ibn Jarir narrated from Mujahid that this verse was revealed about a group of people from Mecca. They would come to the Prophet (Mohammedﷺ,) and declare their Islam for show. Then they would go to the Quraysh and worship their idols with them. In this way, they would want to be safe from both sides. Therefore, they cannot be trusted. As long as they do not withdraw from harming the Muslims, nor offer you peace, nor withhold their hands from them, they should be captured and killed wherever they are found. This is permitted by Allah. All these are rulings regarding the relationship between Muslims and hypocrites.)]
